Zach is a hospitality professional with over a decade of bar-management experience, known for his technique-driven approach, thoughtful service, and ability to make everyone feel welcome in spaces that can all too often feel gatekept. He’s worked in nationally and internationally recognized bars, learning along the way what truly makes a bar great.
At The Good Bar, Zach leads cocktail development, service execution, and brand direction. He’s the main point of contact for your event and will likely be on-site helping bring it to life.

Racheal is a design professional who left the bar to pursue her dreams in interior design and architecture but never lost touch with her love for bartending and hospitality. She brings unmatched experience to our company, having worked in cocktail bars for over a decade across the United States, and honed strong project management skills along the way.
At The Good Bar, Racheal focuses her energy on client onboarding, project coordination, design direction, and (let’s be real) wrangling Zach when the steam engine loses its track.
